This weekend, a new season – and a new era – will face off (don’t say kick off – there’s no kickoffs in hockey), as the Great Plains Collegiate Inline Hockey League starts the 2009-10 campaign.
The GPCIHL has a new home – actually two of them. After hosting all of its events at Matteson Square Gardens Triplex in St. Peters, Mo., for the past six years, the GPCIHL will use Omni Sportsplex in St. Peters, Mo., and Midwest Sport Hockey in Ballwin, Mo., as its home rinks.
The Western Collegiate Roller Hockey League's 2009-2010 Kickoff Event is right around the corner! 32 teams will converge on Rollin' Ice at the Silvercreek Sportsplex in San Jose, CA this Saturday and Sunday.
